Meet Maureen
I am an educator and artist based in Eagan, Minnesota. When I am not teaching, I love spending time at my cabin near Nisswa, Minnesota, with my husband, two kids, grandkids, grand-pets, and friends.
My artwork is inspired by the natural beauty of Minnesota’s lakes, landscapes, wildlife and florals, as well as scenes from adventures abroad. Observing and painting stunning sunrises, sunsets, and tranquil moments brings me a sense of peace, and great joy.
I often work in an expressionistic style using an intensely colorful palette, which allows me to express my creativity and point of view as an artist.
